Dan Kessler

Brandywine Realty Trust

Dan Kessler is a real estate investment associate for Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE:BDN) a publicly traded real estate investment trust. He is responsible for underwriting, due diligence and closing commercial property acquisitions and dispositions across the country. Prior to joining Brandywine, Dan was an acquisitions analyst at Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, a private equity real estate firm based in Boston that invests in union labor projects. 

As a Future Caucus Council member, Kessler orchestrated the launch of the Pennsylvania Future Caucus and secured bipartisan endorsements from both US Senators, Toomey (R-PA) & Casey (D-PA).

Kessler is the youngest member of Hillary for America’s National Finance Committee, as a Hillblazer, and was elected as a PA Alt. Delegate to the Democratic National Convention for Secretary Clinton.

Prior to the official campaign launch, Kessler was active as Ready for Hillary’s youngest National Finance Co-Chair, as their National Finance Chair for Millennials, leading the development & creation of framework and structure for RFH Millennial’s U.S.-wide fundraisers. He also served as National Vice President for Young Democrats of America (YDA) and is a Truman National Security Project Political Partner and a New Leaders Council fellow. 

In Philadelphia, Dan was a member of the PHL2016 Bid Team Host Committee that successfully brought the 2016 Democratic National Convention to Philadelphia. Kessler represented Philadelphia’s Millennial population in Philadelphia’s successful effort to become the first U.S. city to earn World Heritage status. He was named PoliticsPA 2014 30under30 and most recently, “Who Is Next in Politics: 17 Young People Shaping the Philadelphia Political Scene”. 

Kessler graduated Summa Cum Laude from the George Washington School of Business where he interned at The White House, Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, and the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.
