Kesha Ram of Burlington, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born in Santa Monica, California, on August 2, 1986. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2008 (BS, Natural Resource Planning, cum laude; BA, Political Science, magna cum laude) and completed a Public Law program at American University in 2006.

Outside of the legislature, Kesha is the Public Engagement Specialist for the Burlington Community and Economic Development Office. Her partner, Oliver LaFarge, is a boat technician at Darling’s Boatworks in Charlotte.
