Molly Spaeth works on Communications at Uber. Previously, Molly was a Senior Associate at Ward Circle Strategies and served as the Assistant to the Chief of Staff for Senator Kent Conrad, when she worked closely with the Senator and Chief of Staff to manage an active Senate office for the Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee during fiscal cliff negotiations. She also conducted research and wrote legislative correspondence on agriculture, nutrition, wetlands and pesticides, a few of the Senator's biggest priorities. Prior to serving in the Senate, Molly worked at Google Headquarters in Mountain View, CA, advising small and medium sized clients on how to optimize digital strategy, increase page views and more effectively monetize their content. As an Associate Account Strategist, she specialized in digital analytics and copy and website optimization. She also interned for a number of technology companies while a student at Stanford, including the Global Public Relations team at Cisco Systems and a small technology start-up headquartered in Madrid, Spain. Molly studied Political Science and International Relations at Stanford University. In her spare time, Molly is a regular contributor to PolicyMic, a policy blog geared toward Millenials with a readership of over 6 million. She is also an Alumni Interviewer for Stanford University's Office of Undergraduate Admissions and a Truman Security Scholar. Molly Spaeth joined Ward Circle Strategies as a Senior Associate in March 2013. Molly's previous experience includes serving as the Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Legislative Correspondent for Senator Kent Conrad and working as a digital media strategist at Google Headquarters in Mountain View, CA. She also interned for several Silicon Valley technology companies while earning her Political Science degree at Stanford University.
