“Two Republican state legislators representing Orange County districts are becoming involved with initiatives to bridge the increasing acrimonious partisan divide.

Assemblywoman Ling Ling Chang, R-Diamond Bar, represents a tri-county district of which Orange County is the biggest chunk. She and Assemblyman Evan Low, D-Campbell, announced Wednesday that they were launching the California Future Caucus as part of Millennial Action Project, a nationwide effort to bring young politicians from both parties together.

‘We really have the potential to disrupt the political status quo and focus on new and innovative solutions for California,’ Chang said.”
