Representative Takashi Ohno

Hawaii Future Caucus, Co-Chair (D)

Representative Takashi Ohno was elected to the Hawaii State House of Representatives in 2012, serving District 27 which includes Nuuanu, Puunui, Liliha and Alewa Heights.

Prior to taking public office, he worked as a dedicated third-grade teacher for Mayor Joseph J. Fern Elementary in Kalihi.

Rep. Ohno earned his Bachelor of Art in education from Linfield College and holds a Master of Education from Chaminade University.

He and his wife, Lilly, were married in 2011 and reside in Puunui.
