Caroline Dvorsky is the Program Manager with Millennial Action Project. In her role, Caroline plans and executes programming for young legislators in 27 states and in Congress.
Previously, Caroline was the Confidential Assistant to the Under Secretary for Natural Resources and Environment at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). At USDA, she served as the Executive Officer of the National Drought Resilience Partnership, a collaboration of 13 federal agencies working with regional partners to ensure a more water secure nation. Additionally, during her time at USDA, Caroline was a White House Climate Leadership Fellow.
Caroline is a native Iowan and graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies. Prior to moving to Washington, DC, she completed internships with the World Food Prize Foundation, the United Kingdom Parliament, and in Senator Tom Harkin’s office.
Caroline is an avid activist and volunteer, an Ambassador for Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, and has organized with numerous National, State and local campaigns.
