Rep. Roun McNeal formerly represented District 105 in Mississippi, which consists of George, Greene, and Perry counties.
Born in Hattiesburg, McNeal graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts degree and obtained his legal credentials from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
McNeal was vice chairman of the County Affairs House Committee and served on the Corrections, Forestry, Judiciary, Municipalities, Universities and Colleges, and Workforce Development House Committees.
