Director of External Affairs
Stacy is the Director of External Affairs at Millennial Action Project. In her role, she leads MAP’s communications, fundraising, and external relations in support of the organization’s rapid growth in Washington, D.C. and nationwide.
Before joining MAP, Stacy was the Director of Development & External Relations at APIA Scholars, a national nonprofit dedicated to increasing access, success, and persistence of underserved Asian & Pacific Islander American (APIA) students in higher education. In her six years with the organization, Stacy worked across sectors to build relationships with students, community leaders, higher education institutions, and funders to create an ecosystem of support in higher education and workforce development.
Stacy graduated from the College of William & Mary where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Art & Art History with concentrations in Biopsychology and 3D Studio Art. In 2017, she earned an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University.
Originally from Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, Stacy now resides in Washington, D.C
